Izzy’s Photography PDX
Effective Date: April 18, 2025
At Izzy’s Photography PDX, we’re committed to providing a great experience and beautiful final images. Please review the following refund policy before booking your session:
1. Deposits

All deposits made to secure a session are non-refundable.

Deposits may be transferred to a new session date in the event of a reschedule (see rescheduling policy in Terms & Conditions).

Failure to appear for a scheduled session without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
2. Cancellations

If you cancel your session within 24 hrs notice, your deposit may be applied to a future session at the discretion of Izzy’s Photography PDX.

Cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice may result in a loss of the deposit and any pre-paid fees, except in the case of emergencies.
3. Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled once at no charge, as long as notice is given within 24 hrs.

Additional rescheduling or repeated last-minute changes may be subject to a fee.
4. Refunds After a Session

Due to the nature of photography as a creative service, no refunds will be given once a session has taken place and editing has begun.

If you are unhappy with your final images, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to address your concerns (this may include limited re-edits, if applicable).

Unedited/RAW images are not eligible for review or refund.
5. Product & Print Refunds

All digital downloads, prints, and physical products are final sale and non-refundable.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
6. Refunds Due to Photographer Cancellation

In the rare event that Izzy’s Photography PDX must cancel a session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances and rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of any payments made (including the deposit) will be issued.
